1. Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) or Dollars (USD) and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may change due to supplier adjustments or unforeseen circumstances. The amounts provided are estimates based on current rates and may vary depending on final confirmations and selected options.
2. Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, the amount mayvary depending on supplier policies.
- The balance is due no later than 60 days before the scheduled start date of the tour exept for tours taking place in Kruger National Park, where the balance is due no later than 30 days before the start date of the tour.
- If the client cancels the tour at any time, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- If Wild Spots Safaris cancels the tour for any reason, a full refund of all payments made will be provided. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued in the original booking currency. Any exchange rate loss or transaction costs will be borne by the client.
- If the client cancels the tour more than 60 days before the scheduled start date due to medical, pandemic-related, or personal reasons, the 50% deposit remains non- refundable. However, the client may postpone the tour to a later available date, provided:
- Notification is given at least 60 days in advance
- The same itinerary is retained
- The new date is subject to availability
- Any price increases due to supplier changes or seasonal adjustments will apply o No refunds will be issued for postponed tours.
• Postponed tours must be rebooked within 2 years of the original travel date.
3. Amendments
Changes to the itinerary may incur additional charges and are subject to supplier availability.
4. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have adequate coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other travel-related risks, including those associated with wildlife encounters.
5. Liability
Wild Spots Safaris acts only as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the trip due to the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions.
7. Health, Fitness, and Special Requirements
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations at the time of booking.
Participation in the tour is at the discretion of Wild Spots Safaris, and we reserve the right to deny participation in certain activities if health and safety may be compromised.
8. Travel Documents and Visas
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have all required and valid travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccination certificates, original or certified copies of birth certificates for minors, and any other documentation necessary for entry into South Africa or any other destination on the itinerary. No refunds will be issued for delays, missed departures, or denied entry resulting from missing, expired, or incorrect documentation.
9. Wildlife and Nature Disclaimer
Sightings of wildlife cannot be guaranteed. While every effort will be made to provide the best possible experience, wildlife movements are unpredictable and cannot be controlled.
10. Image and Marketing Release
By joining a Wild Spots Safaris tour, you agree that photos or videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes unless you expressly opt out in writing.
